STEVA was founded by Dutch-Mexican developer and entrepreneur Stephan van den Ouweland.
The company’s team of international professionals comprises a development group with a comprehensive skill set covering commercial financing, asset acquisition, legal and risk management, development research, strategy, planning, branding, programming, sales and marketing, design and construction.
Headquartered in Monterrey, northeast of Mexico, STEVA is currently engaged with numerous residential projects. In the past, the team has developed and consulted on a number of resort projects in the south east of Mexico (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum…..).
